Excelente atención, con mucha cordialidad y afecto. La comida su9er increíble, muy variada, deliciosa, muy bien preparada, abundante... La playa muy cómoda, para toda la familia. La alberca muy bonita, limpia... En las noches un encanto especial por la iluminación....

Our one week stay here was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We loved Manuel at the beach bar. He was always friendly and happy to help us out. We can’t wait for our next stay

Todo en general fué excelente, el único detalle fue que queríamos beber cerveza en la habitación y el joven Alexander de las reservaciones nos dijo que solo está autorizado que dejen 2 latas por habitación. Solo pedíamos otras 2 latas y dijo que no. La habitación excelente y muy confortable, la atención del personal excelente. La señorita Fernanda, Brianda, Eunice, los meseros en la alberca de adultos Manuel, Enrique, Efrén, Gilberto. Los meseros en el buffet Jonathan, Alejandra, Gaby en el restaurante Ayami, Luz en la cafetería, Norma en la limpieza de áreas comunes. Todos siempre muy amables con nosotros.

Very clean and comfortable property. The entertainment was loud as the day progressed, so that would be our only observation. Miguel who works the dinner buffet, as a waiter, was the most attentive and kind hearted man we met. He made our stay very memorable. Also, Marco was one of the workers at the adults pool, was always willing to help, and had great information when we needed.
